The Resort's International Chef's produce the most innovative and fresh menu options using only the finest ingredients.
The Resort's hydroponic garden and farm provides the Resort kitchens with fresh tropical fruits and a large selection of garden fresh vegetables on a daily basis. Fresh ingredients are flown in daily from Australia and New Zealand to ensure an extensive selection on the ever-changing menus.
All year round warm weather encourages informal alfresco dining. Most meals are enjoyed poolside or in the Resort's air conditioned fine dining Restaurant or 24 hour Room Service is yet another option for Guests.
And of course there are opportunities for romantic dinners under the stars whilst being serenaded by the lapping waves of the South Pacific Ocean.
